The Human Connection Reset is an interactive, improv-based workshop designed for leadership teams who want to communicate more clearly, listen more effectively, and collaborate with greater ease.

Through a series of structured, facilitated exercises, participants practice responding in real time, noticing how their communication lands, and adjusting without overthinking or rehearsing. The result is a shift in how teams listen, contribute, and work together — often immediately.

This is not about performance.

It’s practical, skills-based work that helps teams become more adaptable, more present, and more effective in high-stakes conversations.

    Our workshops are designed to feel fun and achievable for everyone. We put our participants at ease and create a safe space in which one feels free to let loose and have a blast! Basic foundational improv techniques are introduced through simple exercises and games that focus on skills such as active listening, learning to trust in one’s own spontaneity, and how to work with others to build and develop ideas.

    Participants are encouraged to embrace “yes, and!” and in doing so create an environment where everyone feels free to express their ideas and take risks.

    Custom Improv Performances

    There's nothing quite like the thrill of watching improv—it's unpredictable, hilarious, and utterly captivating to see performers create characters and scenes out of thin air. Improv shows create a shared experience of laughter and spontaneous creation that's truly magical.

    Our improv show is very similar in style to the TV show Whose Line is it Anyway. We play improv games based on audience suggestions and will use audience volunteers on occasion for further inspiration.

    We offer a vast selection of improv games, allowing us to create a completely customized show tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

    Our goal is that everyone attending the show walks away having had a great time with something to talk about for a long time to come!
